How Telehealth Psychiatry Works

1. Book online or call. Schedule your initial evaluation at a time that works for you. We will send you intake forms to complete before your appointment.
2. Comprehensive evaluation. Your first session is thorough -- a complete diagnostic assessment, not a rushed checklist. Anna takes the time to understand your full picture.
3. Treatment plan. You will leave with a clear plan: medication recommendations, follow-up schedule, and coordination with your therapy team if applicable.
4. Ongoing management. Regular follow-ups to monitor, adjust, and optimize your treatment over time.
