Affordable Care, Genuine Connection
Madeline Weber is completing her graduate clinical training at Ascend's Lakeland office, where she works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kinds of self-worth questions that often sit underneath everything else. Her integrative approach means she draws from multiple evidence-based modalities rather than forcing every client into the same therapeutic box.
What sets Madeline apart — even early in her clinical career — is her genuine warmth and her ability to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what is really going on. For many of her clients, particularly men who have historically been told to tough it out, that level of safety in a therapeutic relationship is something entirely new.
Madeline has a particular interest in men's mental health — a population that is consistently underserved in therapy. She understands the specific barriers that keep men from seeking help, and she works to dismantle those barriers through a therapeutic approach that feels practical, grounded, and free of judgment.
As a graduate intern, Madeline works under the direct supervision of Ascend's licensed clinical team, which means every session benefits from both her fresh perspective and the oversight of experienced clinicians. Her sessions are offered at a reduced fee of $75, making quality therapy accessible to clients who might otherwise go without.
